Scholarships

Every year Glenlyn Academy offers a small number of scholarships to students who are gifted and show incredible potential. The aim of the scholarship programme is to give young people (aged 11 to 18) the opportunity to train at Glenlyn Academy, regardless of financial concern.

Scholarships are awarded to those who not only show promise, but to those who show dedication and commitment. They are not solely be based on ability, and financial situation is not considered during the selection process.

For the academic year 2016/17 four scholarships were awarded; two Intermediate scholarships (for 11 to 14 year olds) and two Advanced scholarships (for 15 to 18 year olds).
